6-Week Class: Tuesdays Zoom videoconferencing, Sep 14 - Oct 19; 6:00 - 7:45 p.m. PT

Are you your own worst enemy? Do harsh self-criticisms sneak into your thinking and undermine your self-trust and disrupt your life? There is a way to transform this thinking into compassion and self-understanding. In this class we’ll explore:

  • Why we have an inner critic and what it’s trying to say.

  • The clues we can notice when we’re “in that negative place” and invite ourselves to choose a more helpful path.

  • How to transform self-judgments and blame into self-understanding and connection.

  • How to create do-able actions based on what we need to relieve the discomfort of painful criticisms.

  • How to reframe our mistakes into understanding, acceptance, and learning.

  • How to notice and let go of having to be perfect, so we can nourish empowerment and see ourselves more clearly. This is a fun and interactive program with lots of opportunities to apply these skills to your life and work, including creative tools to explore who you truly are.
